My insight: Easier Seen Than Done

My Insight: For those continuously watching videos from the Internet to acquire a skill, this is bad news but there is no need to be an Einstein to know that watching and/or observing others is not even close enough to get that skill. I am not saying watching instructional videos is useless but be cautious of the fact that it makes us feel that we learn that thing on the video but this is not the case in reality. So please jump in and try it until you get that skill. Until you experience that skill with much sweat, it stays with the expert on the video, not with you.

Enjoy your sweat because hard work doesn't guarantee success, but without it you don't have a chance. Alex Rodriguez
Gold medals aren't really made of gold. They're made of sweat, determination, and a hard-to-find alloy called guts. Dan Gable
